José Félix Díaz is an attorney, advisor and former four-term member of the Florida House of Representatives with extensive experience in government affairs, public policy and economic development. During his seven years in the Florida Legislature, he rose to leadership positions, chairing the Energy & Utilities, Regulatory Affairs and Commerce committees. He also served as chair of the Miami-Dade Legislative Delegation and chaired the Legislative Committee of the Florida Constitution Revision Commission.

Recognized for his strategic leadership and expertise in government relations, Díaz has advised clients on public policy, contract procurement, international law, public-private partnerships, land use, zoning and complex legal matters. He has also served on the Republican State Leadership Committee’s Future Majority Project Board, helping recruit and support minority candidates across the country.

Díaz has been recognized as one of the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics’ Top 100 Lobbyists in America and among the South Florida Power 100 by City & State. He currently serves on the boards of the National Recreation and Park Association, the Orange Bowl Committee, the Bakehouse Art Complex and the Millennial Action Project. He also serves as chairman of the Zoo Miami Foundation.

Díaz earned his law degree from Columbia Law School and is widely respected for his work at the intersection of law, business and public policy.
